We stand behind the accuracy of our EarlyReveal Gender DNA Tap Test. If your baby’s gender does not match the result provided by our test, we will refund the full cost of the DNA TAP test.

To request a refund under this guarantee, please contact us at support@earlyreveal.com and include a photo of your baby’s certified birth certificate for verification within 1 year of the birth of your baby.

Before Your Order Ships

If you request a refund before your kit has shipped, we will issue a full refund. Because orders are processed quickly, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to avoid any fees.

After Your Order Has Shipped

If your kit has already been shipped, you may still request a refund within 30 days of delivery. To do so, please contact our support team. You will need to return the unopened kit, and a $30 handling fee will be deducted to cover processing and logistics. After the 30‑day window has passed, we are unable to issue refunds.

Refunds apply only to the EarlyReveal DNA Test. They do not apply to promotional items, partner products, or optional service add‑ons.
